Our Story

Abundant Life Assembly of God was formed as a nonprofit religious corporation on August 10 1981.This means the church has been established for over 40 years at the same location.

Abundant Life AG is part of the Arizona District of the Assemblies of God.

Expanding the vision of Abundant Life Church is not simply about growing in size; it is about growing in purpose, impact, and faithfulness to the mission God has entrusted to us. Every church has a story, but only the churches that dare to dream with God step into the story He intended for them.
Abundant Life Church was planted to be a light in Nogales—a place where people encounter Jesus, experience transformation, and discover the abundant life He promised. But vision is not static. Vision breathes. Vision stretches. Vision calls us forward.
Today, God is inviting us to lift our eyes again.

Abundant Life Church is stepping into a new season—one marked by clarity, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose. We honor the story God has written over this house since 1981, but we refuse to live only in what was. God is calling us to lift our eyes, strengthen our hands, and prepare our hearts for what is coming.
We are not just maintaining a ministry.
We are moving toward a mission.
