Pastor Luis Castro serves as the Head Pastor of Abundant Life Assemblies of God, bringing together a unique blend of spiritual depth, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skill. Sara Castro is more than a pastor’s wife—she is a steady, Spirit‑filled leader whose life reflects humility, compassion, and quiet strength. She serves not for recognition, but out of a genuine love for God and people. Her presence in the church is felt not through titles, but through the way she listens, encourages, prays, and walks alongside others. Sara carries a unique grace: she sees people, she believes in them, and she helps them grow.

Joscelyn Luque serves as a Worship Leader with a deep commitment to ushering the church into the presence of God. She leads not only with her voice, but with her character, her preparation, and her devotion to the Lord. 

Dolores Zermeño serves as a cornerstone in the Children’s Ministry. Her heart for teaching, her patience with children, and her commitment to creating a safe and joyful environment make her an invaluable blessing to the church. She leads with compassion, creativity, and a deep desire to see every child encounter the love of Jesus.

Yadira Ugarte is an Usher Leader who embodies the heart of Christian hospitality. Her leadership blends organization, spiritual sensitivity, and a genuine love for people. Under her direction, the usher team does more than manage logistics—they help create an atmosphere where every visitor and member feels welcomed, valued, and guided with care. 

Thelma Rivero serves as a pillar in the Women’s Ministry, leading with grace, strength, and a deep love for God’s daughters. Her heart is to see women healed, restored, and empowered to walk boldly in their God‑given identity. Through her leadership, women find a safe place to grow, connect, and experience the transforming presence of the Holy Spirit. 

Through her leadership, the Youth Ministry becomes a place of belonging, growth, and spiritual awakening. Yerika helps cultivate a culture where young people are empowered, equipped, and ignited to live out their faith boldly. Her ministry strengthens families, energizes the church, and builds a foundation for future leaders.
